By registering, accessing, or using the Raabta Application, you agree to be legally bound by these Privacy Policy and Terms (“Privacy Policy”). We do not collect any sensitive personal information of users except information necessary for authentication and operation of the application.
PRIVACY POLICY
Raabta is conceptualized, organized, and hosted by Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at SCO 705, Second Floor, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, U.T., Pin – 160101, India (“Organizer”).
The Raabta Application is designed exclusively for TL Users to log in through their registered mobile number and OTP and manage activities related to their registered outlets.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or discontinue the application period at its sole discretion.
Data Collection & Usage
The Organizer does not collect sensitive personal information.
The application may collect:

• Registered mobile number for login authentication
• OTP for secure verification (Auto Pick OTP functionality, where permitted)
• Location information to register and verify outlet activities and prevent duplicate registrations or fraudulent usage

OTP data is not stored beyond authentication requirements.
Eligibility
This application is open to users who:

• Are 18 years of age or above
• Are residents of India
• Are registered and active TL Users
• Are legally capable of entering into contractual obligations
• Are not prohibited by law from using such services

By using the Raabta Application, You:

• Agree to these Privacy Policy
• Confirm all submitted information is accurate and current
• Consent to receive transactional and application-related communications
• Agree that use of the application is voluntary and at your own discretion

Communication Consent
By using the Raabta Application, users consent to receive:

• OTP notifications
• Application updates
• Activity alerts
• Promotional and engagement messages related to the application

Data Protection
The Organizer:

• Stores data in encrypted form
• Does not sell user data to third parties
• Shares information only with authorized vendors/service providers where operationally necessary
• Deletes stored information periodically as per internal data retention policies
